How shop orders work

Configured, not checked out.

These are business orders, so there's no anonymous cart. You build a scoped order, we confirm it with a real quote — and from there it runs through the same tracked dashboard as every custom job.

STEP 01

Configure

Pick material, finish, colour and quantity. The indicative price updates live, with volume tiers.

STEP 02

Add to tray

Collect one or several products into a single scoped order tray — no payment, no commitment.

STEP 03

Request

Submit the tray. A human reviews it and returns a firm quote, lead time and a design proof.

STEP 04

Track to dispatch

Approve the proof and sample, then watch it move through QC to dispatch on the dashboard.

Shop FAQ

Ordering in bulk

Yes. In fact, we recommend it. You can build a tray with a quantity of 1 for any product. Once you're happy with the sample, you can reorder the exact same configuration at volume.

MOQs are set per product based on machine utilization. For most shop products, the MOQ ranges from 10 to 50 units. If you need fewer parts, we recommend starting a custom quote instead.

Volume discounts are automatically applied as you increase the quantity in the configurator. Because we manufacture in-house, larger batches pack more efficiently on our build plates, and we pass those efficiency savings directly to you.

Every shop product is just a starting point. If you need a dimensional tweak, a different infill pattern, or an unlisted material, click 'Start a brief' and reference the shop product you want to modify. Our designers will adjust it for you.

Not in the shop? We'll make it.

The catalog is what we make often. Anything else — a file you already have, or just an idea — goes through the instant-quote engine or our design team.
